In these programs we work with you for four weeks at a time allowing you to have an input on food and exercise preferences. We then match this with your energy expenditure throughout the week to come up with the ideal program for you. You will work with our nutritionist via email correspondence and have weekly check-ins to make sure you are happy with your progress. These programs are a great way to keep you on track and make sure excuses don’t stop you from reaching your health goals. In the personalised programs you will receive:
